Day 1 – Arrival in Goa
Arrive and settle in Panaji. Optional birding for garden birds and riverbank species.
Targets: Common Kingfisher, Coppersmith Barbet, Asian Koel

Day 2 – Carambolim Lake & Wetlands
Wetlands teeming with waterfowl and waders—perfect for action shots.
Targets: Spot-billed Duck, Cotton Pygmy Goose, Bronze-winged & Pheasant-tailed Jacana, Black Bittern

Day 3 – Mahina Raya Wetlands
Misty fields and wetlands offer dramatic silhouettes and large waders.
Targets: Lesser Adjutant, Painted Stork, Grey-headed Swamphen, Rain Quail, Indian Peafowl

Days 4–5 – Magazin House (Western Ghats)
Productive forest edge site for colorful Western Ghats specialties.
Targets: Malabar Trogon, Forest Owlet, Malabar Whistling Thrush, Blue-throated Bee-eater

Days 6–7 – Dandeli (Hornbill Resort)
Evergreen forest birding and afternoon hornbill gatherings by the river.
Targets: Malabar Pied Hornbill, Malabar Barbet, Asian Fairy Bluebird, Racket-tailed Drongo

Days 8–10 – Kabini & Nagarhole National Park
Jeep safaris in one of India’s top wildlife parks for birds and big cats.
Targets: Tiger, Leopard, Dhole, Elephant, Changeable Hawk-Eagle, Malabar Grey Hornbill

Day 11 – Kerala Backwaters or Thattekad Birding
Choice between relaxed cruising or intensive forest birding.
Targets (Thattekad): Indian Pitta, White-bellied Treepie, Orange-headed Thrush
Backwaters: Little Cormorant, Stork-billed Kingfisher, Egrets

Day 12 – Fly to Bangalore
Optional stop at urban hotspots for wetland or garden species.
Targets: Spot-billed Pelican, Purple Heron, Black Kite

Day 13 – Nandi Hills & Hoskote Lake
Mixed day: forest birding in the morning, grassland-wetland in the afternoon.
Targets: Indian Blue Robin, Tickell’s Blue Flycatcher, Bluethroat, Pied Kingfisher

Day 14 – Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary (Day Trip)
Boat safari for stunning close-ups of colonial nesting waterbirds.
Targets: Painted Stork, River Tern, Asian Openbill, Spot-billed Pelican

Day 15 – Grassland Birding (Jayamangali or Hessarghatta)
End with open-country species and raptors; optional city culture visit.
Targets: Indian Courser, Black-winged Kite, Indian Bushlark, Sandgrouse, Montagu’s Harrier

Day 16 – Departure
Transfer to Bangalore airport for your international flight.
